I creatively dive into each story we gather to tell. From big brush concepts, down to fine construction details my language spans to meet each guest, audience member, content consumer, production engineer, and fabricator at the heart of their touch point. My aim is followed by precision, with joy and vibrancy as the inspiration, work culture, and the out put.

Coca-Cola, Team Epiphany

For the second year in a row (2018 & 2019), I was tasked to design an event series for Essence Festival's headlining sponsor. All weekend long, Coca-Cola produced activations across the city of New Orleans -- The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Mercedes-Benz Super dome, and NOLA’s local Restaurant August were all primed to bring the message of sisterhood to life. Leading all design efforts, I directed the array of experiential activations as well as the digital brand presence throughout pre-promotion. The 19,600 sq.ft. imprint at the Convention Center became the hub of all Coca-Cola activations. I led a team of graphic and spatial designers to create all builds, stages, supporting collateral, and signage. A 2-tier multi-purpose double decker housed the coveted merchandise distribution, Audio & Visual I Mag recording, and VIP viewing. Each year bright, immersive Photo Moments and Taste Testing stations are positioned throughout the imprint.    Each night of the festival culminated with the heaviest hitters in music gracing the Super Dome stage. I worked with animators and stadium show runners to art direct the “Main stage Moment’s” LED screen displays for video production with storyboards & pre-visualisations.

BET x Black Girls Rock, Team Epiphany

For the 2018 Black Girls Rock Awards, honorees and attending talent shot segments for BET’s Crown Walk - an all gold catwalk experience capturing Aretha Franklin Tributes.    The set designed to amplify her beauty in a truly royal world, had gold tones at every angle - complete with antique props and campy lighting schemes. A gilded throne, located central of the fully dressed environment, acted as the focal point in the forced perspective space.    As talent captured their clips backstage before hitting Prudential Hall Main Stage, consumers were greeted in the NJPAC Lobby and encouraged to strut their stuff in a 180-degree photo booth. Each participant walked away with a social asset of themselves and their fellow queens in front of the silk wrapped backdrop.
